I am listing this aircraft for my neighbor who is a BT member but can’t list due to post count. It is in his private hangar at the Hendersonville NC Airport (0A7), just south of Asheville. Thankfully it was not here when Tropical Storm Helene hit.

This is an extremely clean and well cared for aircraft.  It has the very reliable IO470C which is an excellent engine for this lighter weight V Tail.  Many upgrades have been done.  Paint is 4 years old and aircraft has been hangared since.  It had a routine inadvertent gear up landing app 6 years ago.  It has performed well since but the current owner elected to have a complete tear down inspection and IRAN done to make it more marketable. The engine work performed was almost equivalent to a major overhaul.

I had purchased this aircraft after the gear up and sold it to him with the parts to fix it along with the fuel tips and other upgrades. No expense was spared but he has decided that he doesn’t use it enough to justify owning it.

I think the yokes are from an earlier model. They do work well for Ipad mount though.
