Latitude Aviation is proud to bring to market N56KM, which is a 1983 Beechcraft Baron that is based in Atlanta, GA at KPDK. This Baron has been owned by the same owner for 32 years!
N56KM is an incredible example of a pre-84 58 as it has 550's, deice boots, electric props, windshield hot plate, and incredible Garmin panel that wants for nothing. It has 4290 TT, 1008 SMOH on IO-550's, and 1125/688 SPOH.
The panel on N56KM is incredible. It has a G500 TXi PFD/MFD, GTN 750Xi GPS/NAV/COM, GFC 600 autopilot, GNC 255A NAV/COM, GWX 75 radar, G5 standby PFD, GTX 345 transponder, FlightStream 510, TAS 600 active traffic, G4 engine monitor, PMA 450B audio panel, and much more.
Other upgrades and notable features beyond the deice system are GAMIjectors, HID landing lights, LED taxi light, co-pilot brakes (rare in older Barons), and prop sync. The RH elevator was replaced with an SRS aluminum elevator which is a nice upgrade as well.
The cosmetic condition of the paint and interior is consistent with its age and is in great shape in my opinion.
The maintenance pedigree is fantastic and is very apparent when you read through the list of maintenance work over the last 10 to 15 years.
The spec sheet is below and it has a Dropbox link that will take you to the logbooks, 100+ high-resolution photos, and other documentation. Please feel free to call, email, text, or PM anytime to discuss N56KM. Thank you!
