Aircraft: H35 Bonanza
$129,900

Listing my H35 Bonanza for sale that I have owned since 2018. It is located in Atlanta, GA at PDK. Always hangared. Maintained for the last 10 years by Bob and Stephen Ripley at Southern Aero with a no expense spared mindset.

With the 40 added gallons in the tip tanks this bird can fly for over 7 hours straight at 167 kts TAS at 8000FT burning 12.5 gph. At max gross she climbs at over 1200ft/min. It will outrun most other IO520 powered birds. ROP she flys around 174 kts TAS

Bonanza H35 D-4919

Basic Empty Weight: 2166
Useful Load: 884
Fuel Capacity: 100 gallons
Empty CG: 78.7 inches

Avidyne IDF 540
2 Garmin G5's
Garmin GFC500 Autopilot
Aspen EFD1000 Pro MAX
LEMO plug Pilot/Copilot
Avidyne AMX 240 Audio Panel W/ Bluetooth Music
EDM 900 Engine Monitor
Garmin SL-30 nav/com
Avidyne AXP-340 Mode S transponder with ADS-B out

Painted in 2020
Seats upholstered in 2021
Speed-slope windshield
P-style rear quarter window with hat rack
Stinger tail
Glareshield replaced with carbon-fiber, leatherette style
New Concorde RG-35AXC battery
D'Shannon 20 Gallon Tip tanks
Vacuum system removed
Single yoke
LED landing lights (one in nose, two in wings)
Brackett air filter
BAS pilot and co-pilot shoulder harness
Rosen sun visors
Cleveland wheels and brakes
D'Shannon Engine Baffles

The plane needs nothing, is in excellent shape which can be verified by Bob or Stephen Ripley. Happy to provide logs, answer questions or provide new photos (these are just ones I had on my phone). The hours may slightly be off as the plane is flown regularly. The useful load is odd because for whatever reason the H35 that did the same upgrades as other models to the IO520, Baffles, and Tip tanks did not get the 300lbs useful load increase, this was verified by D'Shannon. I regularly load this plane to the absolute max with fuel or people and it climbs at over 1200fpm and performs like it's empty. It is essentially a S-model without the 300lb GWI.

My old bird! I absolutely love what you've done with her. I wish I were in a position to buy it back from you.

That thing is a muscle car. I never met another NA Bonanza that I couldn't walk away from.

Very versatile, too. I flew from Rhode Island - KUUU to Atlanta - KPDK once LOP, non-stop, and still had an hour of fuel left after landing.

Good luck with the sale!
