Latitude Aviation is excited to represent N34HM, which is a 1980 Piper Cheyenne I that has been upgraded with Blackhawk -135A engines. N34HM is based in Houston at Pearland Regional Airport (KLVJ) and has been lovingly owned by the same pilot for the past 20 years. It is currently receiving its Event 1/2 inspections and should be signed off by the week of 2/10/25.

N34HM has 5710 total hours and it has relatively low time first-run PT6A-135A engines with only 1413 hours since new. The aircraft experienced a double propeller strike in 2020 and as a result the engines were sent to Dallas Airmotive for IRAN's. The IRAN's resulted in fresh hot section inspections (445 hours since HSI) as well as a ton of other work as well. The propellers were replaced/overhauled at that time as well so they also have 445 hours on them in the past 5 years.

The panel has been upgraded with a full Garmin glass cockpit including a G600 PFD/MFD, dual GTN 750Xi's, Garmin EIS, dual GTX 33ES', Flight Stream 510 and GMA 35 remote audio panel. The autopilot is a King KFC 250 and works well according to the owner. This Cheyenne does not have a radar but it does have a GDL 88 for ADS-B In as well as a WX 500 Stormscope.

Some other upgrades to the plane include American Aviation Inc. Ram Air Recovery Cowlings, Frakes exhaust stacks, and LED landing and taxi lights.

The paint was redone by Murmer in 2019 and the interior was redone at the same time by AeroPlus. Both shops are highly-respected for their work and the cosmetics show really well almost 6 years after they were redone.

The prop strike incident in 2020 resulted in the trailing edges of both flaps to be repaired but that was the only airframe damage. Some hangar rash to the rudder was repaired in 2019 and there were 2 other damage incidents back in 1981 (repairs to the belly, cowlings, and flaps due to a runway excursion) and 1993 (minor damage to the nose gear during a runway excursion).

Below is a detailed spec sheet and in it is a Dropbox link that will take you to a folder that has the high resolution photo gallery (with 130+ photos, logbooks, 337's, and W&B form. Please email, call, PM, or text anytime to discuss this incredible Blackhawk Cheyenne I. Thank you!

-Neal

Hi JP,

I've attached some pages from the Blackhawk Flight Manual Supplement which includes some performance pages showing the economy and max cruise speeds and fuel flows, etc. It looks like you can expect about 275 knots TAS on 70gph at mid-weights in the mid-20's.

I thought for a minute that this was the Cheyenne from the reddit documented restoration a few years back with similar interior. A good read regardless
