Dash needs to be reassembled enough to ferry the plane to avionics shop. Panel was disassembled and left undone due to distractions. I assume the new owner will put in a g500txi and maybe a GTN650 and possible a Garmin 500 AP. The kfc 150 worked when it was initially pulled though. It comes with a new in box garmin 345es and a new GTN 750 as well as the other listed avionics.

Interior is out of plane but all is there and much of it is new.

I would put new tires on it.

The leather is pretty darn good.

There is some corrosion on the wings at the boots but is not deep enough to be structural. Could be treated and touched up or entire plane could be repainted.

My mechanic is moving airports and just can't squeeze in getting this done.

I do suggest you get a PA46 Qualified A&P for reasons.

Feel free to call if you have more questions.

take a look at the pics if you have time.

I believe that the pricing gives the buyer good value. With a $150k upgrade investment you would end up w a plane worth >$700K.

Next step would be for your mechanic to contact mine so you can get a technical summary.

It's probably my tablet but can't get documents to fully open,

Who overhauled the engine and when, please sir?

Were all twenty hours on engine flown in this airplane?

Did you fly it to the current airport or was it already on the field when you purchased it?

When is the last time it has been flown and was airworthy?

When was the windshield replaced?

Thanks in advance.

I can open

Triad Aviation, Burlington NC, 2012

Yes

Did you fly it to the current airport or was it already on the field when you purchased it?

I bought it at this airport. The previous owner lost his medical during engine OH process. My mechanic is a PA46 and TBM mechanic but unable to prioritize finishing this project. Engine is currently in plane w prop attached but pickled

When is the last time it has been flown and was airworthy?

I don't know but a few years. Will have to look at the logs. I did not fly, another pilot took it around the pattern.

When was the windshield replaced?

Will have to check the logs. It tested good.

Thanks in advance.

You are welcome.
