I'm posting this for a friend, Mr. Horace Cleveland. Mr. Cleveland has owned this Bonanza since the late 1990's and at 93 years of age has decided it's time to give up flying. He enjoys talking about the plane so please contact him directly at (256) 383-1911 with any questions. He asks for voice calls only and to call between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM central time.

This Bonanza has a total time of 4,567 hours and an engine time of 556 hours SMOH and 134 hours STOH. It features an E-225 engine and a Hartzell HC-a2v20-4A1 prop.

It is being sold by the owner due to age and health and is located in Russellville, AL (M22). An annual was completed in July, 2024. The airplane has not been flown in approximately eight years and any inspections will need to be completed at the current airport.

$75,000

David,

I don't know. Is that typically of significance in the value of the engine to someone? I might could find it in the logs or a work order when the engine was rebuilt.

I would be surprised if a recent top with new pistons did not include the 4 ring pistons.

I bought my G35 from a guy like Horace Cleveland.

Jerry Boughner had my airplane for 28 years and 5000 hours. When he took me for a demo flight I had forgotten to bring a headset and was unbuckling to go get it and he said “Oh that’s ok, it is so quiet you won’t need it”. I looked at him like he had two heads but he was right. We conversed just fine with barely any effort at all. Watching him fly with his left elbow on the arm rest and two fingers on the yoke was like watching and talking to grandpa in his favorite rocking chair. What an impression that left on me 10 years ago. I miss Jerry, he passed on so much information about that bird and associated stuff before he flew west. E-Series Bonanzas rule. GLWTS
