Zero bids this auction. It was auctioned on the same site in March, where it sold for $200,000. There was no explanation why it was re-auctioned so soon after the first "sale".

I think Eric needs a "big thank you" for telling us what he knew. Imagine he saved someone on this board a lot of aggravation and a ton of money from his reporting. That's what a good BT brother does, memories of many years past when BT was started.

With God as my witness, I read every page and LOVED everything about Rocky's Duke. And I am so very grateful I did not buy it. I'd be bankrupt right now. And that was a good one.

I was delivering my B55 to New Braunfels, TX back in March and took a detour over to Port Lavaca to look at it. I spoke with the owner before I went and was told "we just flew it this weekend and everything worked perfect" so I thought it was worth a look. I got there and it was tied down, faded paint, tired interior, iffy windows...not really impressed. I got in, powered it up and the first thing I checked was the door seal. It just ran and ran continuously until I finally just turned it off and got out. Not interested near the price the owner told me he was requiring it had to bring at auction. Not a very detailed inspection but it was far enough for me to know I wasn't a buyer. No sense in wasting any more time.

Nothing is more expensive than a cheap P Baron.
