Hey everyone. Looking to upgrade to a Baron in February/March and have one lined up. I’ve owned the ‘80 A36 for 4 years. Great bird with no cancelled trips. I’ll give the hilights here to hopefully link up with somebody on the same time table.
Here’s the top level stuff.
Garmin Glass GI-275, GNX 375, GTN 750 xi, KFC 200 B&C standby backup alternator. Concorde battery. VG kit MTOW 3700. Empty weight 2431 lb New Hartzell scimitar 2022 to replace a C76. Aluminum elevator STC reskinned 2023. Amsafe inflatable airbag seat belts. LED lighting all around. Interior 8/10. Paint 7/10. Shows nice. 4975 total time on airframe. IO-520 BB heavy case. Since major o/h 1475 Gear up 2016. 400 hrs since. Spar web doublers installed. Almost all power plant accessories overhauled at the time of IRAN. Crank sent out. Cam sent out. Replaced 2 cylinders this year. Cam and lifters looked great. New exhaust. New engine mounts. O/H alternator and drive coupling. New tires and tubes. Repainted wheels. So much more.
Asking $298 Contact me for photos.

I’ve identified enough interested parties. Going to close the inquiries for now. Will post again if I need to start the search again and more importantly, closer to an actual sale date.
