You could easily spend $200,000 to turn that into a nice $80,000 plane.

Not sure what the parts value is if the ad mentions corrosion, but I would assume there is a lot of it, and not much salvageable.

I might would haul it away for $3000 and hope to break even on a fun road trip.

It has a few valuable late model parts on it. Outer gears doors are late model as is the nose gear trunnion. That’s $3000 alone.
There’s some really nice flying Bonanzas that are basically junk because of corrosion from sitting outside or living by the coast.
You could rejuvenate one of those crappy old birds by finding a low time, clean Midwest or south west hanger queen and swapping engines and interiors with a cheap almost complete bird like this.
I’m a sucker for a project, can you tell It’s a curse, I see a engine and I start thinking about what car I should build and install it in.
