Hello! I was talking with a friend the other day and he suggested that I become a member here because the forum was much more active than other places...and well, here I am.
I'm based at KHRO, Harrison, AR and fly a P-35, which is my second aircraft but my first Beechcraft. I don't really see me owning any other type. I love my V-Tail and I love the way this thing feels. I'm hooked.
I'm one of those guys who does just as much of my own maintenance as I'm allowed to so I'm sure I'll be back asking questions. So, until then...
Kevin

Welcome Kevin,
I live at KTQH. My wife was born in Harrison and has family from there to Springfield. Her cousin has a beauty shop in Harrison and I have been gonna fly her over the last couple of times she had her hair done but something came up and I did not. Monday is her Birthday and I am taking her to Branson to have lunch with her daughter that lives there.
Hope to meet you sometime. I am new on here too.

Well here's my Bo. So far since last October I've managed to scrape enough coins together to add, new instrument lighting, L.E.D. Taxi and Landing lights, L.E.D. Position lights, L.E.D. Beacon, EDM 700 Engine Monitor, JPI Fuel Flow and a Garmin 430. The Bo only flew about an hour and a half between annuals when I bought it, and I'm paying for it, but it's given me a chance to become INTIMATELY familiar with my Bo so no complaints here. Three more major projects in the works but overall very very happy with it.

I've been threatening to fly to Batesville one day just because I haven't ever been there. That's a good enough reason right?! Lol. There's another guy at Harrison who told me about this site who's got a Bo as well. Give us a shout one day and maybe we can get a few together and fly down.

I can't resist--spent some time in Batesville few years ago--had a grand daughter who went to Lyon College--flew there from Knoxville, TN to see her when her parents (my daughter) visited her from Long beach, Kalif. Last time was graduation in 2008. She is a beautiful girl, had a soccer scholarship, now a model and--her newest boy friend is Mike Phelps of Olympic Fame!! I enjoyed Batesville and the airport.
