Hello my name is Johan and I am new to this site.
A little about me, I live in Sweden and have only been flying for 2 years but have a ME IR rating. Today I own a Cessna 182 but looking to upgrade to a twin.
there are 3 types I am looking at and they are Beech e55, 58 or the Seneca v. test flew the b55 and what a plane.
Will try to read through the forum for information before asking for it. If you have any questions about me or if there is anything I could help you with please dont hesitate to ask.
I fly private but work with aircraft dry leasing.
(Please excuse my spelling)
Best Regards Johan

Tell us a little about your anticipated mission? We all enjoy helping with plane shopping. Hi my typical mission is flying family/business (2 adult 2 kid + a dog) 300 Nm trips. Up here we have a lot of cold weather so the planes I am looking at must have deicing. There are not many e55 for sale and no b55 in europe but some 58. I need ADF have found so in the USA but still looking around. There are many Senecas for sale must be the eurocontrol fee they are under 2000kg. Will post pics as soon as I buy a plane. Regards Johan

Welcome to BT. Your spelling can hardly be worse that of a number of our native U.S. members. I visited Sweden several years ago and was totally impressed by the ability of your countrymen to switch languages in milliseconds. There's a nice Travelair for sale very cheaply here on Peddler's talk. Even adding ferry costs, this would be a fine airplane, though I hate to see all of these fine planes get distributed out of the U.S. with the fall of the dollar. viewtopic.php?f=43&t=52940It will have the build quality and sweet flying characteristics of all the Beech light aircraft, has bulletproof Lycoming engines, and will, I think, be free of the Eurocontrol fees.
