Hello,
My friend Reg introduced me to BeechTalk and now has shamed me into lurking on the site no longer.
I have logged many happy hours in various Beech aircraft from the Bonanza to the E-18 and even owned a couple of Beech aircraft. However, for the past 12 years I've been a Cessna 185 guy.
Although the 185 does not compare in speed and comfort with a Bonanza, I find that the 185 is better suited for my primary grass strip -low and slow-see the earth from the sky mission. Still, I enjoy keeping up with the Beechcraft world.

Rob, you will like Beech Talk, despite being a Mooney guy. The other Mooney people on this sight tend toward being liberals. Glad you are not. You should fit in nicely here.
