Hello,

My friend Reg introduced me to BeechTalk and now has shamed me into lurking on the site no longer.

I have logged many happy hours in various Beech aircraft from the Bonanza to the E-18 and even owned a couple of Beech aircraft. However, for the past 12 years I've been a Cessna 185 guy.

Although the 185 does not compare in speed and comfort with a Bonanza, I find that the 185 is better suited for my primary grass strip -low and slow-see the earth from the sky mission. Still, I enjoy keeping up with the Beechcraft world.

Welcome Steven,
Nice looking plane. When you can update your profile to show your location. Always good to know where BT folks are.

Steve,

Welcome to BeechTalk.

The 185 is one of those ultimate "cool planes". Where do you operate yours?

Drew

It used to prior to my stewardship.

Rob, you will like Beech Talk, despite being a Mooney guy. The other Mooney people on this sight tend toward being liberals. Glad you are not. You should fit in nicely here.
