Im the new guy on here! I am a 29 year old Air Traffic Controller at Kansas City Center and I am in the process of buying a K35 Bonanza with a fellow coworker. I have a degree in aviation management and I'm nearly finished with my Masters in Aviation Safety (one of these years I'll finish it). It is pretty apparent that I have a true love for flying and anything that has to do with aviation. I have my around 600hrs in the books and I'm always looking for more ways to fly! I currently fly a DA40 with the G1000 and sometimes Piper aircraft. I had the opportunity to ride in a V35B last summer and fell in love. Well back to work now! See you all at OSH!

Good luck with the Bonanza. I also live in KC and recently started instructing again out of the place I suspect you rent (based on the planes you mention). I was flying a club-owned Debonair, but it was recently involved in an accident that resulted in it being totaled.

Welcome to BT. I fly out of OJC (teach at Air Associates) and LXT. We need to have a KC BT meet up! Am going to try to stop by the OSH lunch early but can't stay.

Welcome, Grant. I am in the KC area, too, based at GPH. Now flying a V35B that I bought into a 1/3 share.
Does this mean that Bonanzas will get priority ATC handling now??? You guys do a great job at KC!
