Hello collective Beechtalkers. My name is Hunter Brown and I've been lurking around for about 9 months. I'm based in Batesville, AR, KBVX. In April, I purchased N6677Y, a 1980 Bonanza A36, from Wade Naziri. The purchase was thru Wade's broker, Neal Schwartz. I can't say enough good things about Neal; very easy to work with, accessable, and knowledgable. Thru his help, the transaction was smooth and easy. Thanks Neal. I also spoke with Max Grogan and appreciate his insight. Most have probably seen the pictures Neal posted on Peddler's, but I've attached a few. I am enjoying the plane and have about 30 hours on her since purchase. I'm working on my insturment rating, which will certainly increase utility. I also have a PA-18 for a different perspective on flying (crop duster in a previous life). My wife loves the A36; the Super Cub---not so much! Anyway, N6677Y has an IO550, 2 Garmin 530's (one is WASS), weather, strikefinder, Ryan traffic, Garmin 330, KFC 200 with yaw dampner, and an Auracle EMS. I'm still working thru LOP, power settings, etc. Wade has been very helpful in this regard post purchase. Thanks Wade. Finally, this a great site with tons of info; very appreciated!

Congrats, Hunter! I looked at that plane as well, but it went under contract too soon for me to act. Hope you enjoy it, and you're absolutely right about Neal!
