My flight instructor and I brought my D55 home from Kansas City yesterday. Let's see if I can figure out how to post photos...

Great looking airplane. Looks like you had the power dialed back?

18" ROP, about 12 gph per side, 9000 ft, OAT 15C, 176 KTAS. I think I was probably more ROP than I needed to be, but the EGT gauge is a little squirrely and I didn't trust it.

While I'm finishing up my ME in the Travel Air, I'm going to have a few mods done, including GAMIs and a JPI. I'll have to consult everyone on exactly what I should get.

I looked at the D55 many times online, beautiful plane with a gorgeous interior.

I hope you enjoy it!!
