Hey everyone,

I've been trolling around beech talk reading for a while now on my father's account, but just now got the chance to make my own account. 'Just figured I should introduce myself and say thanks to everyone who makes this such a great forum and a great place to come to find answers and info!

Thanks

John Brittain

Welcome John,

If you're the same Headsets Inc that sells the retrofits to make headsets into ANR headsets - I have two of your products that I retrofitted old D&C 13.4s' for both my boys. They work awesome and I saved a bundle compared to buying new ANR headsets for them.

Tell us about yourself. This gallery would want to know... :peace:

First of all, thanks a ton for such a warm welcome! I've been in a cherokee 180 since I was 18 but a few years ago my father got hold of an F33. It. Is. Awesome. I grew up watching my dad fly his garage-built BD-5 when I was a little kid. Ever since then i've been hooked.

Todd:
Yes, it's the same Headsets, Inc. that makes retrofits for your old David Clarks. My father started Headsets Inc. around '96 when i was younger (I'm 23 now) and i've always been an aviation addict. In fact, there's a good chance if you've had an install done with us or bought one of our headsets/kits, I helped with part of it. I've been around the shop helping since I was 15ish.

BTW, It's really great to hear from people who have used our product, and if any of you guys have any problem with your headsets/kits, feel free to PM me. Although Richard normally runs the sales department, I'm always more than happy to help someone out and get you back up in the air as soon as I can!

Right now I only have my high performance/complex endorsements and this past month finished my private MEL checkride. I live in the TX panhandle but ended up heading over to AR to finish my multi at Skyventure Aviation in Fayetteville, AR. If anyone is looking for fantastic multi training I would give them serious consideration. I chose them based on word of mouth and wasn't disappointed in the least. I'm a bit under 200hrsTT and working on my instrument and commercial while finishing school at Texas Tech.

Thanks again!
