Howdy! My name is Phil and I ust purchased Sundowner 1947L. Last week I moved it to Brenham, Texas (11R) from West Virginia (W22)--10 hrs of flying over 2 days. I intend to use it to finish an instrument rating started 25 years ago. My first Plane! Having hand flown it all the way from W22, all I can say is...Wow! Very sturdy, stable and comfortable. I certainly won't win any contests of speed but all in all I am very happy with my decision top go Beech. I look forward to meeting others who enjoy their Beechcraft as much as I am enjoying mine. Cheers! Phil Baker 1947L 1976 C23 Attachment: Sundowner 1947L.jpg
