Just bought a 1959 35-33 w/ io-520, basic airframe, shabby paint and interior but that will be a fun process to improve, low time 2500ish. So looking forward to hearing from anyone with knowledge of snapping turtles, rattlesnakes, landsharks, or any other buggaboo you may be aware of with this combo. Have about 350 hr in a P model 8565M that I wish I hung on to. @ SNA in Ca.
Thanks in Advance, Stan Susman
PS, let me have thoughts on panel upgrades

STAN! You did it! Congrats on the new plane. I can't wait to see it in person when you get it back from annual in Van Nuys (I think it was VNY, right?). And you will learn one of the mantras here on BeechTalk: "Pics, or it didn't happen". I'll show you how to do the pictures. Great to talk to you again today at John Wayne. Thanks for stopping by while I was puttering around the Deb. You will find this forum to be a great source for all info "Beech" related. Great resources and some of the finest Beech minds anywhere. I am addicted to this site (currently watching the Angels on TV and typing away on the laptop... life is good ) The search feature of this site will be one of your best resources. If you have a question, Search it first; most likely it has been asked before. Enjoy the new plane, and I'll see you on the tarmack at KSNA. Edit: Stan, I just sent you a PM. Click the "New Messages" link next to your name at the top of the page to view the message.

Sorry, Stan. I couldn't wait around until you got some pictures ready, so I snapped a few while I was at lunch today. Here she is everybody. My new neighbor at SNA, N837R at her new home... Attachment: 837Romeo_small.jpg Welcome home, Stan
