So I finally decided to join the online group or Beechcraft pilots and owners. I still own, and sometimes fly, the V35TC that has been in the family since 1976.

Welcome Erik; You will love this bunch of knuckleheads. They are truly a wealth of knowledge and an excellent source of info for all things Beechcraft and just about any other topic you could imagine . They can be somewhat bashful but I wouldn't trade them for any other aviation group . I will say that we are all visually stimulated so please post pics of your Bo as soon as possible. Best Ralph

Erik, Welcome aboard, and glad to have you here. Folks, I can vouch for Erik, a great guy, and a great help to me when I travel through Denver. Erik his sister and mom reside in the Denver area. He is the son of good friend, the late Lee Larson, who was also a great person, past president of ABS. Good folks. I bought a plane from Lee and he was, without a doubt, one of the best to deal with. Their V35TC is a great plane. I believe it has the Smith speed conversion and is FAST. It is based at KBJC, Rocky Mountain Metro. Again, good to have you here Eric, you will enjoy this site. Lots to learn and I'm sure you will contribute much. Welcome.

Unless Larry wants to take pictures the next time he is in town you will have to dig out the May 1984 issue of the ABS newsletter. It's on the cover. The only change since then is it has stick on 12" N-numbers and Osborne tiptanks. Don't be distracted by the famous mountain in the background.

It was actually February of 1984: http://www.bonanza.org/Magazine/1984/02/

Erik, May 84 issue doesn't have a Bo on the cover... right issue? However, next time out, I'll take pix.
