Mike Thats an old PIC (Professional Instrument Courses) instrument course sticker that they used for teaching "Flying By The Numbers". Gives power and pitch settings for different flight configurations as taught by Mr. Ecklebar(sp?)and others. I received my instrument rating through them, had a great instructor, Mr. Gary Fisher, anybody else have him at PIC?
