Are those nose gear doors not quite closed or otherwise misaligned?

Hi Scott. I see what you are talking about. The hinges are a little worn. I will check it out at the annual which is coming soon. WOW great website presentation. Where is it? Do you own it? Looks inviting.

Hi Bob,
Dumb question probably: If you come into a beech without look the tail: will you (or any skill beech pilot) be capable to come across if it have a straight or v-tail just by feeling the flying controls, how soon *taking off, maneuvering, landing*
Regards,
JEC

I dont know. Ive never flow a straight tail, but I understand there is no difference between the 2 in feel or handling except the bonanza dance in turbulance for the V tail which can be eliminated with some rudder input.

Answer: Not with a BE33. Yes, with a BE36 (The 36 is slightly heavier on the controls and more nose heavy on the flare to landing.)
