Hi,
Fairly new PPL (finally finished it last year after 20 years of on/off training), and just became the new owner of a 1966 A23-19 Musketeer. Looking forward to the joys of aircraft ownership!
Rob

Hi Rob. As a fellow Baby Beech owner let me congratulate you on your purchase. They are a great first plane and I hope you get a lot of enjoyment and use out of yours. No better feeling then to be able to jump in your own bird and go wherever you want whenever. on beechaeroclub.org Feel free to PM if you want to chat Musketeers.

Welcome aboard! My first plane was a 1974 Sundowner which is very similar to yours. Very nice planes.

Thanks for the welcome. I'm looking into the donuts situation. Does anyone know of any Beech published data on the limits of the donuts or the expected gear geometry? All I can see in the maintenance manual is "visible deterioration" which is about as subjective as the usefulness of a chocolate teapot. I've read anecdotally about the visibility of the knee pins, just wondered if there was official guidance.
